Mr. Heese has over 21 years of IT experience and currently serves as the Service Manager for We Are IT, Inc.  Prior to joining We Are IT he worked for the U.S. State Department in Washington D.C. and Sprint’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Headquarters in Wake Forrest, NC.  Mr. Heese retired from the U.S. Army in 1998.  As a Senior IT Support Specialist with We Are IT, Mr. Heese covered several businesses here in both the Kansas City metro area as well as several other states.  Prior to joining the State Department in 1999, Heese spent two years managing a helpdesk call center for Sprint.  While serving on active duty Devin maintained several complex computer systems used to load Air Force aircraft for the Army.

Dea currently serves as the Service Coordinator for over 80 companies managed by We Are IT, Inc.  She has been in that position for over 2 years.  She has over 15 years of administrative assistant experience. Prior to joining We Are IT, she spent time as an Office Manager for a family-owned jewelry store in upstate New York, two local construction companies, a computer sales/service company in Olathe, and was also a Network Specialist for Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems. She coordinates the resolution of all break-fix issues and projects on a daily basis and provides excellent organizational and scheduling skills to the team.

David Williams, Information Technology Consultant

He obtained his Associates of Applied Science degree specializing in Information Technology from Johnson County Community college. He enjoys working with the wide range of customers and taking on new and challenging tasks.  Prior to joining We Are IT, David had a successful career selling hardware and software for a local computer wholesaler. He quickly moved up in the company and earned top salesmen 2 years in a row. David is constantly learning new techniques and obtaining additional knowledge to increase his overall skills.

Dan Stasiak, Information Technology Consultant

Dan has 5 years of real world experience, but has been working with computers from an early age.  He has been with We Are IT since 2007 and is currently responsible for managing and maintaining the inner workings of the Vigilant IT Assurance program.  Dan was responsible for researching and bringing the Total rescue system to the clients; because of this, he is We Are IT's resident expert on the system.  In 2004, Dan graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management.  Since graduating, he has continued his education and has received his MCSA certification.

Kent Bowling, Information Technology Consultant

Mr. Bowling has worked in the Information Technology industry for nine years.  He currently works as an Information Technology Consultant at We Are IT. At We Are IT, he is involved in the planning, implementation, and ongoing technical support of IT systems for small and medium sized businesses in the Kansas City Area. This includes installation, configuration and technical support of servers, PCs, routers, printers and other technology. Before joining We Are IT, he served as Kansas City Regional IT Coordinator for National American University, where he managed and maintained a wide-area-network spanning three campuses, 6 servers and over 100 PCs. Mr. Bowling is a graduate of National American University and holds a B.S. in Information Technology with emphasis in Network Management. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. He has passed certification exams for; Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional; Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Server; Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional; Designing, Deploying and Managing a Network Solution for the Small and Medium-sized Business; Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client; and Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment.

Dawn Coffey has over 26 years of business administrative experience and currently serves as Executive Assistant.  Dawn is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute in New Jersey.  Her career began in Washington, D.C. at Price Waterhouse, followed by many years as assistant to the president of the international company, Bel-Ray Company, Inc.  Upon relocating to Kansas City, she accepted a financial sales assistant position at the investment firm Morgan Stanley.  Dawn joined the We Are IT team in 2001.

Ed's corporate experience includes software engineering with Burroughs Corporation, consulting services with Digital Equipment Corporation, and manager of Sprint's World Headquarters Data Center.  In 1996, Ed left the corporate world and founded We Are IT which provides proactive IT infrastructure management for small and medium size businesses.  Ed is a native of Kansas City and graduated from Rockhurst University in 1983 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
