Client Portal: Access Client Portal

This portal is vital to current customers as it lets you gain access to pertinent information about your company. Some of the things that this portal will allow you to do are: Open a new ticket, see existing tickets, make updates to tickets, search invoices, run reports and view Current, Monthly and YTD requests. Your username and password were sent with your We Are It welcome packet. All you need to logon is your email address and password.

Remote Support Portal: Connect to Us

Selecting this option and pressing the Connect to Us button will start a download. This download is for the client software needed by the specialist to connect remotely to your computer. Your support specialist will provide you a PIN. By entering the PIN you will allow the specialist to gain access to your computer via a remote session and literally see your screen, control your mouse and keyboard just as if sitting in your chair. Also, by using this option, you are granting We Are IT permission to join your computer session as described above for the purposes of resolving your computer support needs.

Connect to my Computer Connect

Selecting this option and pressing the Connect button will redirect you to another website. From this website you will be able to access your system provided you have the required user name and password provided by We Are It.
