Jonathan has over five years of help desk/customer service experience. He comes from GARMIN International where he served as one of their Help Desk Specialists for over two years. He joined the We Are IT family in January 2010. Jonathan graduated from Lincoln University (MO) in May, 2005, with a degree in Broadcast Communications. Kent has worked in the Information Technology industry for 13 years. At We Are IT, he is involved in the planning, implementation, and ongoing technical support of IT systems for small and medium sized businesses in the Kansas City area. Before joining We Are IT, he served as Kansas City Regional IT Coordinator for National American University. Dawn has over 26 years of business administrative experience and currently serves as Executive Assistant. Dawn is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute in New Jersey. Her career began in Washington, D.C. at Price Waterhouse, followed by many years as assistant to the president of the international company, Bel-Ray Company, Inc. Dawn joined the We Are IT team in 2001. One of the things that Dawn enjoys about working at We Are IT is the diversity.

Tom is a seasoned IT professional with 10 years of hands on computer hardware and software experience. Prior to joining the We Are IT team in February 2011, he was a Network Support Administrator and a Network Support Technician with the Jackson County Missouri IT Department. Tom received his Associates Degree in Network Administration from Sanford Brown College in 1999.
